Dear Guest, Thank you very much for choosing The Crown Krakow Center and for sharing your impressions. We are delighted to read that you appreciated our location, design, and overall comfort of the hotel. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience with the fruit at breakfast. On the morning you mentioned, the watermelon served was freshly cut, but as it is already outside the peak season, it may sometimes be softer and less juicy than expected. Our team immediately checked its quality after your comment and did not find it spoiled. Nevertheless, we fully understand how important freshness is, and we have shared your feedback with both our kitchen and service team to remain even more attentive.
