Lovely hotel! Great location, very clean, amazing staff. Very good breakfast. I will be returning for sure!! Great Value for money. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the main square, train station opposite the hotel. Can't fault it

Very nice hotel

Very good service, hotel is clean and nice. Rooms are well sound isolated, on first floor youre not even disturbed by traffic even though room is facing the street where the cars and trams are running. Well darkening blinds as well. Rooms could use some more lightsources. The only things to change would be the water pressure in the shower that felt a little low as well as the parfume attack in the floor lobbies outside the elevators, very strong perfume smell. Restaurant is nice and breakfast is plenty. With an early flight they even accomodated to start breakfast before the official breakfast time which was very nice not to leave on an empty stomack. Service was friendly and reception lady with a lovely humor made my checkin a pleasure.

The staff was very helpful and considerate during our stay. The room was clean and spacious enough with all the typical things you might need provided. Overall, we were comfortable and the location of the hotel is conveniet; The train station being a very short walk away and not to mention a mall right across. Breakfast was tasty, too.

Lovely hotel in lovely Krakow

Very attractive hotel in the heart of Krakow that is a short walk to the old town and almost directly across the street from the train station (through a lovely mall). Our room was very comfortable and well appointed, though I thought the lighting was difficult to use. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. A special shout out to one hotel manager (whose name I didn't get, unfortunately) who offered to walk with me and my elderly parents to the train station to help with our luggage. We were able to manage alone but we were blown away by the offer (very sincere) as it is a level of service that is truly above and beyond. Well done.

Excellent boutique-like hotel. In the lobby is an extraordinary replica of Queen Barbara's gown. This theme is carried out throughout the rooms. The attention to detail is evident in the breakfast buffet which includes a smoothie bar and a refill station for take-out coffee and tea. We were given delightful chocolates when we checked in and a bread 'bagel' when we checked out. Dinner was delicious. The staff were helpful esp. Martin who helped with mailing postcards. The hotel's location is perfect for walking- across from the mall and very close to the city center. 'Loved our stay!
