We sincerely appreciate your loyalty as an ALL member and are pleased to know that you had an overall enjoyable experience. It is wonderful to hear that you found our staff to be attentive and welcoming, also that you enjoyed the quality of the food served during your stay. Your kind recognition of our team's hospitality is truly appreciated and will be shared with them as encouragement to continue delivering heartfelt service. At the same time, we would like to sincerely apologize for the aspects of your stay that did not fully meet your expectations. We regret to learn that you found the bathroom and toilet facilities to be outdated. Please rest assured that your comments regarding the need for renovations have been noted and shared with our management team for future improvement considerations. We also appreciate your valuable suggestion regarding the breakfast selection. Providing a diverse range of options that cater to the preferences of our international guests is very important to us, your recommendation to include more items such as cheeses and olives suitable for Turkish guests has been shared with our culinary team for review.
