good service for one night stop over begore my flight to bangkok, the room was clean and really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. the staff really friendly to assist me and my fruend during our stay. chandra was really kind and haplful thank you so much

The time I spent at this hotel was very worthwhile. The hotel staff, Kevin, remembered my name and was very friendly. The pool and lounge were also very nice. I hope to visit again.

Ideal hotel after a long-haul flight

The hotel scores with its location directly at the airport. However, we wondered why the hotel is not better signposted. A small "N" as a sign somewhere is not enough. However, the hotel's friendly staff were waiting for us in the arrival hall and relieved us of our search. Our room (ground floor) was small, a little dark, but generally okay. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, there was a lot on offer and the quality was good. The Club Lounge was small but nicely furnished, and snacks and wine were on offer. The hotel staff were exemplary, friendly and helpful Conclusion: Gladly again!

The staff is very attentive and warm. Rooms are cozy and the spa is always a good choice! At the restaurant they have live music some times while you enjoy your meals. Thanks a lot to Candra at the breakfast Buffet and Tri at the spa! You were both very special
