We stayed in a Pool Villa, central to all amenities. Excellent Customer Service, we were well looked after and attended to as soon as we arrived. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful grounds with great Beach. Extensive choice for Breakfast

My sister and I had the best time in sofitel bali nusa dua from the accor perks free room upgrade and welcome drinks to super comfy bed. Tried some physical aactivities like morning hatha yoga and tested our flexibility and balance, enjoyed the class with coach surata. We also tried archery with sir krisna, he was very patient with the beginners like us but we ended up giving up because of the scorching heat of the sun. The highlight is the abs class with Coach Novi, she’s really good and her class is super fun, very encouraging even if we just met the first time and class was only for an hour. Love the pep talk, it kept me focused. She guided and assisted me to execute the right posture and complete the reps. The stretch at the end is like the cherry on top. Thank you Coach Novi. We’ll definitely comeback to this class.

Had a great experience staying here and room also great and clean. We also happy with all the facilities provided by the hotel especially bike ride. Bagie being really helpful to help my self and my boyfriend to choose the right bike.we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bali

From the moment we arrived, we felt relieved and relaxed. Rooms : The room with pool access and close to the restaurant but need to walk a decent distance to the Big pool. Our 4 year kids enjoyed his time in the Kids club. We really enjoyed the other activities they have. Lots of things for kids to do. The service is excellent, the staff are very friendly and always welcoming. ( Thanks to Yunita, Eka, Triana and Ida ). The hotel is very clean and staff would do all they can to keep you happy. I stayed at the luxury room with pool access and the room is nice. The whole resort made me feel relax and comfortable. I visited Club Millésime to enjoy my afternoon tea and Cucina for my dinner. There are quite a few activities for the guests to join and I joined the Mixology Masterclass. The bartender taught me how to make 2 classic cocktails and 1 mocktail. He also shared the history and the secrets behind those cocktails and mocktail. I visited Sofitel SPA Wellness Centre for Spa and I felt rejuvenated after the spa treatment! The resort is located at the beachfront so I walk around the beach sometimes!
