I went to dinner at Cucina in the Sofitel resort and had the most amazing experience with dinner by the pool service was amazing from Teguh who served our food and drinks which where very yummy and filling can’t wait to come back again thankyou Cucina!

Absolutely loved this place. The pizza and pasta were incredible. Fresh, full of flavour, and honestly some of the best we’ve had. The drinks were just as good, perfectly made and a great match for the food.The outdoor dining area is beautiful, such a relaxed and atmospheric spot, especially in the evening. Huge shoutout to our waiter Teguh, who made the experience even better. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely lovely. Service was flawless from start to finish. Would 100% come back and highly recommend

Magical 5 star experience.. was on a luxury escape deal. Room excellent, breakfast unreal, great 2 massages, a fun cooking class, delicious 3 course dinners etc etc. The staff were flawless in kindness and attitude. We were kindly allowed an extra hour for 12pm checkout as the flight was delayed and that was not an issue. Nothing was to be honest.. a flawless experience and a wonderful holiday. Thank You. 🙏

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. A special mention to Yuli from the Guest Experience team, who was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely polite, attentive, and went out of her way to ensure our stay was smooth and comfortable. Her warm attitude and professionalism truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. The overall ambiance of the hotel was calm and relaxing, the service was prompt, and the food was delicious with good variety. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service and comfort. ✨
