Wira recreation is the best. I had a bicycle for 2 hours, he told me where should i go to visit nearby places. I went all over the beach side. Thanks a lot

The place is very cozy and comfortable We travell with kids and our kids love to play at the kids club The tea hers there so friendly especiallg Asri, eka, juni, massri, natalia and other lady Will be back soon

The room is very comfortable and luxurious and the staff are always smiling and helpful ,all activities are safe and priced good , I also want to mention the staff ( reo ) in recreation area specifically, he was ready to assist with a smile, ensuring that I had everything I needed rom getting the right bike size to providing a quick tutorial.

Rio has been amazing helping us with our bikes. Bikes worked well and he was very accommodating. He helped us with setting our son up on his bike so we could explore Nusa Dua

Had a fantastic stay at the Sofitel Nusa Dua as a luxurious break in longer travels. Spent lots of time lounging by the pool. The resort was reasonably busy but the design of the pool with vegetation meant that it didn’t feel like we were jammed in. Service by the pool from the whole pool bar team was efficient, warm and friendly. A special shout out to particularly to Dodi , who went to great lengths make sure we were comfortable. Even at busy lunchtime the wait time for food was reasonable- the team warned us food may take a while but was delivered hot (and delicious) in under 30mins. Try the ‘beef rolls’ - mini beef sliders with coleslaw or the prawn tacos. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Housekeeping were friendly and when we wanted extra towels and bottled water were at the door in 5 mins. Overall great service. A tip- if you sign up for the paid Accor Explorer card you get discounts off drinks and food by the pool and in the restaurants- very worthwhile. Pays for itself easily in one stay and you get a free night.
