Abbiamo trascorso 4 notti presso l'hotel Nusa Dua Beach Hotel &Spa e ci siamo sentiti coccolati dal personale estremamente attento e sempre cordiale. La struttura è molto bella e i suoi giardini sono uno spettacolo naturale. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio Club Palace con lounge privata per le colazioni e per il te e aperitivi pomeridiani; è stato un plus alla nostra vacanza cha ha dato molto valore. La camera era pulita e spaziosa. I ristoranti all'interno della struttura sono nell'insieme buoni.

Bellissima struttura su una delle coste più belle di Bali. Tenuta benissimo, con tanto verde intorno. Colazione a buffet al mattino veramente buona e variegata. Personale cordiale e attento.

Non siete stati in grado di fornirmi una camera per una notte aggiuntiva. Pur essendo sul posto da voi, sono stato costretto a prenotare tramite Booking ad un prezzo inferiore di quello da voi proposto. La cauzione non deve essere addebitata e restituita al cliente al momento del checkout
