liburan kali ini untuk merayakan ulang tahun istri dan membawa baby berumur 3 bulan, dengan bantuan team rafles terutama pak julian, sangat membantu terlaksana ny surprise ulang tahun untuk istri. pelayan staff mereka nuga sangat cepat dan ramah tamah. untuk spa nya sangat nyaman sekali, makanan nya juga enak. kami sekeluarga pasti akan kembali untuk tinggal bersama raffles

这家酒店是我目前为止住过的最棒的酒店。从进去酒店开始，严谨的安全检查，贴心的办理入住以及完美的房间，都给了我们很深刻的印象。在住期间，餐厅的员工，Spa的员工都非常友好，尤其是我两个管家Krishna, Julian，他们人真的很好，也帮了我很多。最后退房的时候还在大堂碰见了送别我们的总经理，这一点也是让我们觉得非常意外和惊喜的。总之，巴厘岛莱佛士酒店真正体现了服务这两个字的真正含义，让客人真心觉得被重视，被关怀，被照顾

滿分100！很relaxing 的villa，員工都很專業很friendly，每位都面帶笑容，讓人渡假很開心，每個小細節都做得很好，特別感謝我們管家Thomson，每天都把房間安排得很好很舒適，需要中文服務的可以指定請他，餐廳餐點很好吃，很有氣氛很舒適，主廚會出來跟每一桌打招呼，讓人感受到被welcome，整個villa 只有32間房，人不太多不會感覺吵雜，整體而言物超所值，目前是在巴里島住過最好的Villa 下次會想再來
