Note positive: Location di lusso. Camere pulite e ordinate. Servizio lavanderia veloce ed affidabile. Personale educato e gentile . Colazione a buffet con grande varietà di prodotti. Piscine pulite e curate. Ristorante italiano con prodotti di alta qualità. Note negative: Pessimo servizio wifi. In diverse aree del resort non funziona. Mancanza di intrattenimento serale oltre le ore 22.00. Scarso livello di conoscenza della lingua inglese di molti dipendenti del resort. Non particolarmente apprezzata la cena tipica balinese a buffet proposta dal ristorante kwee zeen.

Il resort si trova in poszione strategica a Nusa DUa, ha una bellissima spiaggia disponibile ed accessibile agli ospiti dell'hotel, servizi eccellenti, personale sempre efficiente e disponibile. ottima la pulizia delle stanze che sono molto grandi accoglienti e ben arredate
