Abbiamo cenato al Beach Bar Grill del Sofitel Resort. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene pesce fresco alla Griglia allietati da musica live. La nostra cameriera SITA è stata molto gentile, disponibile, cordiale e attenta al servizio farcendoci sentire a nostro agio per tutta la cena. Consigliassimo.

Ottima esperienza al Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort. Location fantastica. Pulizia delle camere ottima. Siamo stati a mangiare in tutti i ristoranti del resort. Il migliore è stato il ristorante italiano “Cucina”, lo staff è molto gentile e cordiale . Per tutta la cena ci ha servito la cameriera Sayu , molto cordiale, premurosa e attenta a tutte le nostre necessità (soprattutto riguardo alle allergie alimentari).

Note positive: Location di lusso. Camere pulite e ordinate. Servizio lavanderia veloce ed affidabile. Personale educato e gentile . Colazione a buffet con grande varietà di prodotti. Piscine pulite e curate. Ristorante italiano con prodotti di alta qualità. Note negative: Pessimo servizio wifi. In diverse aree del resort non funziona. Mancanza di intrattenimento serale oltre le ore 22.00. Scarso livello di conoscenza della lingua inglese di molti dipendenti del resort. Non particolarmente apprezzata la cena tipica balinese a buffet proposta dal ristorante kwee zeen.
