Ich habe das Hotel gebucht weil ich Accor Mitglied bin. Leider habe ich aber von den Vorteilen als Accor Gold Status Member nichts bemerkt. Kein Early Check in, kein Late Check out und auch kein Upgrade auf ein besseres Zimmer. Statt dessen hatte ich ein Zimmer direkt neben dem Aufzug und mit mit Blick in den Hinterhof. Nicht wirklich schön. Nachdem die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte und ein Mitarbeiter sich das anschaute wurde mir dann mitgeteilt dass dieses etwas dauern kann bis sich die Klimaanlage einschaltet. Leider hat sie sich nach 6 Stunden warten immer noch nicht eingeschaltet und wir durften dann eine Nacht in einem völlig überhitzten Zimmer verbringen 😡es war unerträglich. Man hat uns dann 2 Ventilatoren ins Zimmer gestellt wobei der eine auch nicht funktionierte. Vielleicht hätten das die Mitarbeiter vorher mal testen sollen. Für mich auf jeden Fall kein Service für ein 4 Sterne Hotel.

Grundsätzlich ist das Hotel sehr gut gelegen und man ist schnell an de Paddington Station und Hyde Park. Die Zimmer sind jedoch eher klein und unseres war im 1. Stock jedoch kam man sich vor wie im Keller weil nur ein sehr hohes Fenster im Zimmer war,welches nicht geöffnet werden konnte und man auch nicht hinausschauen könnte weil es so weit oben war.....die Zimmer waren sauber. Frühstück hatten wir nicht dazugebucht.

An sich alles ok. Leider haben wir das Zimmer im Untergeschoss bekommen, hier konnte man ab 6 Uhr kaum noch schlafen, da darüber direkt die Lobby war und auch viele Angestellte hier Zeugs nach oben geschafft haben und man nur Getrampel gehört hat. Das war sehr nervig und schade. Das Zimmer ansonsten ok, aber würde ich vllt nicht direkt als 4 Sterne einordnen, scheint für London aber normal zu sein.

Das Hotel liegt in Paddington, in unmittewlbarer Nähe gibt es viele Restautans und Pubs. Es ist ruhig und dennoch zentral. Der Hyde Park ist nur ein paar Geh-Minuten weg und auch in die Innenstadt kann man problemlos zu Fuß gehen. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Wir haben dieses Hotel ausgewählt, da wir am nächsten Tag den Zug von der Paddington Station genommen haben. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss von der Station entfernt. Zudem war die Gegend ziemlich ruhig. Das Zimmer ist zwar sehr klein aber sauber mit bequemen Betten. Preis-Leistung eher hoch da wir das Frühstück noch separat bezahlen mussten.

Preis Leistung viel zu teuer für Zimmer 111 Zimmer und Bad winzig klein, im Bad keine Heizung, um etwas zu trocknen, Fenster dreckig, keine Sicht, Wenn im Keller eine Veranstaltung mit Musik, sehr laut im Zimmer. Zu diesen Preis, kann man Zimmer 111 nicht vermieten.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist perfekt an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angeschlossen. Allerdings gibt es Zimmer im Untergeschoss (nicht Erdgeschoss) die zwar schön und sauber, aber auch laut (Müllabfuhr,Sicherheitsdienst....) sind. Ein evt. Umzug auf eine höhere Etage wäre vielleicht erst an einem anderen Tag möglich gewesen. Die Angestellten der Rezeption und im Frühstücksrestaurant waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!
