Mit meinem Status bei Accor habe ich early checkin. Ich habe zweimal per Email angefragt und keine Antwort erhalten. Als wir dann um 12:30 da waren, hieß es, dass das Zimmer in 30 Minuten fertig sei. Wieder angekommen nach 30 Minuten bekamen wir die Zimmerkarte. Im Zimmer war dann die Putzfrau noch zugange. Nach weiteren 45 Minuten konnten wir dann das Zimmer beziehen in dem kleine Motten ihr Unwesen trieben. Außerdem hört man jede U-Bahn.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Paddington Station, umgeben von Restaurants und einem Hop-On Hop-Off Halt direkt um die Ecke. Die Straße vor dem Hotel ist laut, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht mehr zu hören. Leider war die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer etwas schwach, weshalb es sehr warm wurde.

angestellte alle freundlich und hilfsbereit, fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. zimmer sehr klein, aber sauber. toll fanden wir die annehmlichkeiten wie föhn, bodylotion, kleenex. weniger gut war die nicht vorhandene aussicht. durch das fenster schaute man an die wand des nebengebäudes, das müsste erwähnt werden. teppich im zimmer, finde ich sehr unhygienisch.
