I stayed here 3 times in a row as I left on a safari twice and returned to this hotel afterwards. They stored a suitcase of mine while I was away for 3 days and then 4 days. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Room service meals were excellent. The breakfast is extensive. The only issue I had is that they are infusing the lobby and hallways with a very strong perfume smell, which I am allergic to. It made my asthma worse. I had to wear a mask some days as I went into the halls and lobby. I don’t think they should do that especially since many people are sensitive to “scents”.

At check in I was asked whether I would allow an amount of money to be held, which is ok. Not knowing the money was actually being debited against my cc . On check out I had not spent the total money debited and was told the accounts area had to refund via a bank deposit NOT back to my credit card. Accounts did contact me within 2 weeks . I had to get ACCOR to assist me as the hotel would not respond to numerous requests. It has now been 1 week since the hotel sent my invoice (checked out 25/11/25). They still have not refunded money to my bank account. Very frustrating

The bed was uncomfortable - it was two single beds joined together but without a smooth top so one could easily fall between the mattresses. The breakfast as incredibly average. For the amount of money it costs to stay there, I would expect a lot more than what was on offer. Coffee was awful. Service at breakfast was incredibly slow. The water in the shower was so hot that it was near impossible to shower. To get the water to balance at a tempreature that was reasonable was impossible. it was either boiling hot or freezing cold. The lifts being out of service for so long was majorly inconvenient. You could wait several minutes before getting in a lift and even then, it would stop on every floor on the way up or down. I was very dissapointed in this hotel. I have stayed at the Rockefeller many times and even though they have a lower rating (and significantly lower rates) their services and overall experience is signifncatly better than what I experienced at the Pullman.

The Hotel was well located, clean and hygienic. The staff were helpful and friendly. Only thing to improve is to provide more bottles of drinking water as they only provided two 300ml bottles per room per day.
