It was awesome, I definitely give it a 10 out of 10. Everything about it was really fancy; they even made towel animals! Great work on the rooms and the lobby. My only complaint is about how small the pool is, but still, I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re going on vacation in Thailand!

To the wonderful team, My husband and I are truly grateful for the exceptional welcome arranged by "Pond" at the reception, and for the incredibly talented housekeeping team " Bang-On, De, Mei, Uevie, and Kasi who created a room filled with surprises, joy, and the unique happiness of Bangkok. For our special Accor member stay, we were deeply touched by such a beautifully arranged room. We will keep the details a secret so future Accor members can enjoy the same excitement, but please know that your team prepares rooms that genuinely make guests feel happy and cared for. We brought the adorable elephant home with us, and it will always remind us of this joyful stay. Thank you so much for your outstanding hospitality. It was truly unforgettable.

Always enjoy staying here. The staff are nice and attentive, the room is comfortable, and the view is lovely. Breakfast is good with a nice variety to start the day. This was my 7th visit, which says a lot about how reliable and pleasant this hotel is. I will certainly return again.

It is very well located, very close to the Phrom Phong BTS station, but off the main road, so quiet. It has a great atmosphere, with extremely friendly helpful staff. The room is clean and comfy, with everything I needed. Great valuse. I will certainly stay here again.

I stayed at for just a couple of days and made a order but struggled with the delivery. I asked Peach at the front desk for help and she really put in to much effort and was really patient. She constantly gave me updates and was very assuring. I am soooo grateful and thankful for her help.
