Excellent service especially from Aong on the concierge. Very helpful and answered all our questions. Great location for a family close to terminal 21 for shopping and a 7/11 for small bits you have forgotten. Lovely rooftop bar for relaxing in the evening after a day exploring ❤️

My friend who came from abroad to Novotel Sukhumvit 20 Hotel. It is clearly visible, convenient to BTS Asoke, located in the middle of the alley, not too deep. The receptionist provided good service, the room was clean, and the food was very varied. I was impressed. Khun Fon the staff at the club lounge, made delicious cocktails and took good care of me. I will definitely come back to use the service again.
