Pan is a super attractive host that makes sure you leave feeling contended. The food here is warm and well presented. The sunset view is great, be here around 6pm to enjoy the view. This review is rather long? I still have another one hundred characters to write!

Novotel 20 on Suhkumvit 20 is my go to hotel, been living on and off since Covid. Great location, amenities and above all STAFF. The pool is always facing the sun anytime of year The gym has all the equipment you would ever need to use. Must mention the front desk staff who always look after me as they honour my ALLcor status. Special mention goes to K Bruze who looks after any postal delivery I have if I am not staying there and goes out of his way to ensure the package is in his hands for my return Thank you. Too many other staff to mention but Gregoriev is running a great Team.

Everything was very good. Especially the staff. Very kind and they were always very helpful. They did everything to make you enjoy your stay. We also enjoyed the amazing food on the 25 floor. The food was delicious every day. On that floor we also met Pan and Fon who made our vacation perfect. They made sure we had everything we wanted.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Jam, during my recent stay at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20, and I couldn't be more impressed by their exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, Jam greeted me with a warm, welcoming smile and made me feel at home right away. They were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What stood out most was Jam's & Jirayuth professionalism and willingness to assist. Whether it was providing directions, offering helpful recommendations for local attractions, or ensuring that my room was spotless and well-stocked, they did it all with such grace and attention to detail. Their positive attitude truly made a difference and added a personal touch to my experience at the hotel.
