Dear Mr. A., Thank you for telling us about your experience at the Mövenpick Resort and Spa Fruske Terme. I am sorry that it did not meet your expectations. Your nice words and constructive comments are highly appreciated. During the early autumn, and because the hotel is nested on the slopes of National Park, we sometimes faced challenges with insects that lasted for a few days, even with all the measures that we took to protect ourselves. Also, during the season change, we do switch the heating and cooling system to neutral mode since mornings and evenings are very cold and days are still very sunny, taking care of the sensitive category guests such as children and older guests. Regarding the garage, we would like to emphasize that the information about its location is transparently provided to all of our guests, and we are proud to offer a secure garage facility under video surveillance.
