Dear Mr. D., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We regret to hear that our hotel didn't fully meet your expectations. Regarding your comments about minibar, we would like to highlight that we provided you with a complimentary upgrade to one of our Privilege rooms and that Accor Privilege room standards and policies mean that only the first round of drinks in the minibar is complimentary. In case a guest would like to receive additional drinks, it has to be communicated with the reception or housekeeping staff because additional drinks are not complimentary, no matter of the duration of your stay. We would also like to note that this policy is clearly communicated at the time of check in and in every room (on the refrigerator) for our guests’ convenience and transparency. We regret if this approach did not fully meet your expectations and appreciate your comments, as they help us better understand our guests’ preferences.
