Très déçu de ne pas avoir pu disposer d'un réfrigérateur réassorti en bouteilles d'eau. J'ai utiliser les deux bouteille le premier soir et il n'y en a plus eu le teste du séjour. J'ai bu l'eau du robinet.

Regarding your comments about minibar, we would like to highlight that we provided you with a complimentary upgrade to one of our Privilege rooms and that Accor Privilege room standards and policies mean that only the first round of drinks in the minibar is complimentary. In case a guest would like to receive additional drinks, it has to be communicated with the reception or housekeeping staff because additional drinks are not complimentary, no matter of the duration of your stay. We would also like to note that this policy is clearly communicated at the time of check in and in every room (on the refrigerator) for our guests’ convenience and transparency. We regret if this approach did not fully meet your expectations and appreciate your comments, as they help us better understand our guests’ preferences. L'hôtel est très bien situé, en plein centre de Belgrade. Le bâtiment est très joli, le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins. Le bar-restaurant est top. Un grand bravo au personnel! Seul bémol, l'ascenseur qui a failli tomber en panne lorsque nous étions a l'intérieur. Et qui est finalement tombé en panne pendant les deux derniers jours du séjours.

Pour ma 1ère visite à Belgrade j'ai beaucoup apprécié l'accueil du personnel de l'hôtel, tant au front desk qu'au petit déjeuner. L'hôtel est moderne, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien décorées. Le bar est agréable. Le buffet petit déjeuner est très copieux, et le café très bon !
