직원들이 매우 친절했다. 그러나 방음시설에 문제가 있어 다른방에서 대화소리가 다 들렸고, 심지어 어느 방인지 모르겠지만 코고는 소리에 새벽에 잠을 설쳤다

마야몰과 가까운 위치가 좋았고 룸은 깨끗해서 만족스러웠습니다 다만 하우스키퍼들이 영어를 잘 못해서 소통이 어려웠다는 점, 낮은 베개를 요청했으나 2번이나 더러운 베개를 확인도 안하고 주었다는 점, 마지막으로 청소를 하고 가면 화장실 휴지나 테이블 위에 티슈를 꼭 다 치워버리거나 채우지 않아서 늘 재요청했다는 점이 아쉬웠습니다

플래티넘 멤버로 방문하였습니다. 주차장 뷰 받았고 작년에는 선택되던 탄산수는 웰컴드링크로 선택할 수 없다고 남자 직원에게 안내받아 이런거에서 원가절감을 하나 조금 실망 스러웠습니다. 첫번째로 받은 방은 매우 문제가 많았습니다. 문은 잘 열리지도 잘 닫히지도 않았고 샤워부스의 물은 잘 배수 되지도 않았으며 에어컨은 계속해서 꺼지기를 반복했습니다. 심지어 이 문제는 기술팀에서 다녀간 후에도 계속해서 발생해 결국 방을 바꿨습니다. 이렇게 문제가 많은 방을 돈을 받고 판다는 것에 엄청난 실망을 했습니다. 또 조식은 과일 부분에 벌레들이 너무 많이 날아다녀 좋게 보이지는 않았습니다. 또 식사를 하고 있는데 나이 있어보이는 여자 직원이 식기를 강탈하다 싶이 가지고 가서 괜히 눈치 보였습니다 공짜여서 먹었지 돈 내고는 절대 안 먹을거 같아요. 수영장은 있는 건 좋지만 수질이 심각하게 안 좋았습니다. 벌레들의 사체가 즐비했고 머리카락과 검은 물질이 떠다녀 한번만 이용했습니다. 방을 바꿔준 젊은 여직원의 응대는 매우 친절했고 또 바꾸어준 방에는 위와 같은 문제가 발생하지 않아 그나마 위안이 되었네요. 만족하며 투숙하였던 작년과 올해를 비교해 보면 전반적으로 가격이 싼 자재를 사용하여 지은건지 연식에 비해 하자가 곳곳에 보이고 직원의 대응이 조금 아쉬웠습니다.
