We sincerely apologize for the discomfort caused by the air quality and humidity in your room. Please be assured that we have checked the A/C system in your room, and it is functioning perfectly. However, due to the rainy season, humidity can sometimes affect the room environment. We will be more proactive in the future to ensure these conditions are minimized for our guests. We truly wish we had been made aware of the issue during your stay, as we would have been more than happy to assist you or arrange a room change to provide a more comfortable experience. 위생이 매우 좋은 것은 아니지만 기본적으로 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 아마 추가적으로 더 청소를 요청했으면 더 신경써주셨을 것 같은데 제가 그 부분은 귀찮아서 안 했기 때문에 적당히 넘어간 부분도 있어서 더 개선될 여지가 있다고 생각합니다. 마야몰까지 도보 이용이 가능합니다. 더울때는 조금 멀다는 생각이 들기는 합니다만 결코 택시타고 갈 거리는 아닙니다. 아마 원님만도 걸어서 갈 만한 거리일 겁니다만 저희는 4인 가족이라서 그냥 거의 모든 목적지를 그랩으로 이동했습니다. 그랩 잘 잡히고 이용하기 좋구요, 직원들 매우 친절합니다. 아버지 생신기념 케익을 퀵으로 배달 받았는데 예정 시간보다 늦게 도착을 해서 저희가 없을때 호텔에 도착을 했습니다. 미리 호텔에 이야기하지 못했는데 센스있게 알아서 호텔 주방 냉장고에 보관까지 해주셨더라구요. 너어무 감사했습니다. 체크아웃까지 리셉션, 클리닝 등등 모든 직원 분들 다 친절하시고 요청사항 즉각적으로 들어주셔서 편하게 이용하다가 갑니다. 호텔자체가 작아서 부대시설이 대단하지는 않지만 수영장도 헬스장도 막상 이용하는 사람이 거의 없어서 전세낸 것 처럼 저희 가족만 마음껏 잘 이용하다가 갑니다. 다음에 치앙마이 오더라도 다시 이용할 의향이 있습니다.
