직원들이 전반적으로 모두 친절하고 특히 리셉션의 '네스트'라는 직원이 현지 프로그램 예약 관련해 정말 친절하게 도움을 줌. 옆 호텔 노보텔은 진짜 맛없었는데 그것과 비교해 보면 조식의 가짓수는 많지 않지만 음식 하나하나가 맛있음. 로비에서 보드게임이 가능해서 아이가 좋아함 다만 보드게임 구성품이 많이 분실되어 있음. 또한 무료 커피가 제공. 방으로 가는 엘리베이터를 타려면 식당을 지나가야하는데 식사중 짐 가진 사람들이 옆을 자꾸 지나다녀서 불편하고 위생도 우려. 샤워실 문이 없어서 화장실로 물이 많이 튀고 샤워호스에 물때가 많이 껴있어서 더러움. 과자를 먹고 흘렸는데 방에 개미가 많이 있었음. 나머지는 전반적으로 좋음
