Nice place, friendly with family, clean, good service Very polite personel and helpful. Everything perfect Beautiful and welcoming. this is a beautiful hotel and i love it there. it's my first time staying at this hotel. I stayed at Veranda High Resort MGallery and we really enjoyed our time there. The staff is amazing and the location of the resort is just beautiful. The food is delicious and the room was very nice. If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, go to the Veranda High Resort in Chiang Mai.

About 20 minutes drive from ChiangMai city. The resort surrounding by mountain. Very beautiful swimming pool with mountain view. Up on arrival concierge is very well organized and helpful with parking and baggage arrangements. Check in experience is in my opinion front desk staff should respond with guest inquiries with willingness. The hotel room is comfort with new renovation but some of towels, bed sheets, pillows are very old. The high room restaurant is very good mountain view and service from Mr.Tae and his team is excellent. Especially under the circumstances some food is run out but they try their best to offer you with alternative options.

Very good ambience with natural surrounding. My luxury pool villa meets my expectation with large living room, 3 bedroom and each room with their own toilette. Very good services and attention. Platinum status recognition for room upgrade. From my perspectives, This property is the best comparing to other Veranda chain property in Pattaya or Huahin.
