The best of my stay is staff service. They all are friendly and helpful for my stay, Especially Khun Yo at front desk, good service. Room is clean and big space. I think it is so value for the price I paid. And location is ok, near university and 7-11.

The hotel is situated in a pleasant location, conveniently close to the town. Our room had an amazing view of the Chiang Mai city. The hotel provided a complimentary car park, iron service which made things much easier for us. The receptionist and staff offered excellent service and were very attentive. Tom Yum Koong was delicious and affordable. We were very happy with our stay and will recommend Ibis to our friends

Let's start with the positive things first: The staff here is very friendly, our room was spacious, clean and modern, the location outside the city center is not too bad, as there are lots of good restaurants, cafés and bars in the area. A grab to the center is around 200 THB. Unfortunately the rooms are not well isolated, so that they're very loud at night (main street right next to the hotel), what made us not sleep well here. That's the reason why we would not choose this hotel a second time.

호텔에 도착했을때 직원들은 나와 눈이 마주쳤음에도 불구하고 아무도 우리의 짐을 옮기는 것을 돕거나 관심을 갖지 않았다. 호텔 시설은 매우 노후되었으며 화장실 세면대에서는 따뜻한 물을 사용할 수가 없었습니다. 가장 마음에 들었던건 주차공간 뿐.

Stayed here from 31/12/23-04/01/24. Reception staff (actually staff in general) were not as welcoming as other branches of Ibis styles that I have stayed at which was different. Not sure if a cultural thing or language barrier thing? The First room I was given in the second building was smelly,dirty and pillow case was blood stained so requested to move. The Second room in the same building on the sixth floor was better - clean, no smell, clean bedding. The beds (twin room) were very very firm. There are no laundry facilities or hotel service so you have to use a laundry mat down the road (Get a grab to street coffee crew as laundry is next door) There’s a 7/11 and street food stalls around the corner and is not far within walking distance from One Nimman and MAYA mall. It’s cheap and is a good base for a short stay if you just want a pl to sleep and shower but if you want cosy comfy with engaging service then skip this place.
