Very nice, clean and well-managed hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff and a good breakfast buffet. For those looking for a hotel away from the congestión this is a good choice.

No question about location but some issues make me feel unhappy.

The front is good performance with informative to guest. security guard service needs to be improved about habit, smoking during on duty and parking with knocking the car window (guest still checking a stuff inside) should not do it.

Inexpensive but nice hotel

As a Accor Plus member, I got a bit of extra discount on room rate and as a Accor ALL Platinum member I got complimentary breakfast. Room rate is cheap, the hotel is not cheap and is better than all ibis hotels I have stayed in Thailand, China and Hong Kong. The hotel have easy access to the Maya shopping mall nearby. Breakfast is nice for an ibis and the restaurant is not crowded. All staff in the hotel are super friendly.
