We’re very sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We would like to kindly clarify that the coffee machine was temporarily unavailable as it was running its self-cleaning cycle and would have been ready again after just a few minutes. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated at the time and for any inconvenience caused. Regarding the room size, we aim to provide clear and accurate information across all booking platforms so guests can choose what best suits their needs. We’re sorry if the room did not feel comfortable for you. We are especially sorry to hear that you found our team less than helpful or hospitable.
