Dear Mehmet, Thank you very much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback and for choosing our hotel ❤️ We truly appreciate your professional perspective as an architect and understand that the room layout and furniture configuration did not meet your expectations or personal comfort needs. At the same time, we would like to mention that the ibis Budget concept and room design are standardized at brand level and were defined during the hotel’s design and construction stage. As the hotel management team, we focus primarily on the areas we can directly influence every day — cleanliness, maintenance, service quality,and guest care. For this reason, we are naturally a little saddened that the overall score was significantly impacted by architectural and design elements which are unfortunately beyond the operational team’s ability to modify, especially since you positively highlighted the cleanliness, helpfulness of our staff and the location.
