Dear Ms. z., Thank you for taking the time to share your honest impressions. While we are glad you appreciated our central location, I am truly sorry that the overall experience did not meet your expectations. Cleanliness and service are essential for us, and I regret that we failed to deliver them during your stay. Your comments about the soap dispensers and the absence of certain amenities are well noted. The ibis budget concept is designed to provide essential comfort at the most affordable price, which is why some items such as toothpaste or individual toiletries are not included. Instead, we use multi-purpose dispensers - this is both cost-efficient and part of our sustainability approach. However, this should never come across as “poor service”, and I am sorry if it felt that way. I sincerely appreciate your feedback and will share it with my team to improve both communication and quality. Please be advised we have water dispensers on each floor with free of charge unlimited hot and cold water. Tea and coffee is available at the restaurant 24/7 at a small price. I am sorry about the cleaning quality - we will take appropriate measures to improve it. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that in overall you had great time in Tbilisi. Otel, beklentilerimi karşıladı. Her yere yürüyerek gittim. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Hatırladığım kadarıyla tek şikayetim, yumurtanın sarısının yeşermiş olmasıydı. Ya fazla pişmiş, ya çok önceden pişip beklemişti, bunu da çalışan genç garsonlara bildirmiştim
