We are truly sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced ❤️ We regret the discomfort caused by the air conditioning issue in the first room and the fact that you had to change rooms multiple times. We fully understand how frustrating this must have been, especially on the first night of your stay. Please accept our apologies for this situation. Regarding the night reception, we would like to clarify that during night shifts, our team follows specific operational procedures, and certain room changes or decisions may require approval from management the following morning. However, we understand that this did not provide an immediate solution for you, and we are sorry that the communication and handling of the situation did not feel efficient or flexible enough. Your comments have been shared with both the front office and technical teams to improve decision-making processes and ensure faster resolutions in similar cases. As an ibis budget hotel, we operate with a compact room concept, which is clearly stated in the room descriptions at the time of booking. That said, this does not excuse the technical issues you encountered, and we regret that the overall comfort did not match your expectations. We appreciate your positive notes regarding cleanliness, WiFi and the check-out process. Your feedback is very important to us, as it helps us identify areas that need improvement. Dear Ozgun, Thank you very much for choosing our hotel and for taking the time to share such a detailed and honest review. We truly appreciate your feedback and your loyalty as an ALL Classic member ❤️ We are pleased to know that you enjoyed the central location, the warm and comfortable room despite the snowy weather, the quality of the shower, the quiet atmosphere, and especially the strong internet connection, which we know is very important for our guests. We are also glad that you appreciated our sustainability initiatives, including the water carafe. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced. We regret that the additional pillow request was not handled correctly and that only one pillow was delivered instead of two. We are also sorry for the interruptions with the TV signal, this issue has been shared with our technical team for further improvement. We are particularly concerned about your comments regarding the attitude and attentiveness of our staff. Please accept our apologies if the service did not feel warm and caring enough. This is certainly not the level of hospitality we aim to provide, and your feedback has been forwarded to the front office management for additional training and follow-up. Regarding the payment, we understand your frustration. Please allow us to clarify that depending on the selected rate and the booking channel, some reservations are processed with payment at the hotel, even if they are made online. Unfortunately, in such cases the exchange rate applied by the bank at the time of payment may differ, and the hotel does not have the ability to control this.
