We are truly sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced ❤️ We regret the discomfort caused by the air conditioning issue in the first room and the fact that you had to change rooms multiple times. We fully understand how frustrating this must have been, especially on the first night of your stay. Please accept our apologies for this situation. Regarding the night reception, we would like to clarify that during night shifts, our team follows specific operational procedures, and certain room changes or decisions may require approval from management the following morning. However, we understand that this did not provide an immediate solution for you, and we are sorry that the communication and handling of the situation did not feel efficient or flexible enough. Your comments have been shared with both the front office and technical teams to improve decision-making processes and ensure faster resolutions in similar cases. As an ibis budget hotel, we operate with a compact room concept, which is clearly stated in the room descriptions at the time of booking. That said, this does not excuse the technical issues you encountered, and we regret that the overall comfort did not match your expectations.
