Kaldığımız süre boyunca deneyimimiz gayet güzeldi , odalar temizdi sadece kaldığımız odada klima problemi yaşadık. Kış olduğu için sadece bu konuda problem yaşadık. Onun dışında gayet güzeldi. Konum olarakta kesinlikle kalınması gereken bir yer.

her zaman kaldığım otel. ilk gelişimde hangi odaların sessiz olduğunu sormuştum bana "premium ayırtırsan 6 veya 7ci kat olur, onlar sessiz" denmişti,, bu sefer 4cü kattaydım ve ön sokaktan, mevsim itibariyle çok olmasa da biraz gürültü sorunu oldu. Ayrıca odamdaki havalandırma ısıtıcı çalışmıyordu, 5 dk çalışıp arıza işareti gösteriyor ve duruyordu. Son olarak her zaman memnun olduğum housekeeping, bu sefer birkaç şeyi eksik yapmış, eksik havlu bırakmış, masaüstü ikramlar çaylar yenilenmemiş v.s. Çok etkilemeyen sorunlar yaşadım, ama sürekli geldiğim otel yöneticileri bu notu değerlendirip bunlara dikkat edebilir diye düşünüyorum.

We recommend our premium rooms on the 6th or 7th floors for a quieter experience, but I regret that the room allocated this time did not meet your expectations in this regard. I also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the malfunctioning heating ventilation in your room.
