Kaldığımız süre boyunca deneyimimiz gayet güzeldi , odalar temizdi sadece kaldığımız odada klima problemi yaşadık. Kış olduğu için sadece bu konuda problem yaşadık. Onun dışında gayet güzeldi. Konum olarakta kesinlikle kalınması gereken bir yer.

Suite with Balcony on High Floor is the Choice!

I should have stayed here all the 4 nights during my visit at Tbilisi, rather than only 2. I paid more for the suite with balcony. At my request during booking, the staff had kindly given me a suite on the highest floor (7th floor as I remember) even though I was a solo traveler. Wow, my room is very spacious, large balcony and most importantly, the views are great and the Mother of Georgia statue is just up there from my balcony or bed. The dining room is spacious too with sofa and chairs. Everything is very nice, clean with adequate amenities. Location very central, Liberty/Freedom Square is one min away on foot (Liberty Square metro station is 2 min away on foot). Although many attractions are accessible by walking, I mainly took Yandex taxi everywhere as the the fare is great and reliable (but to me, each driver in Georgia is warrior. Drive fast with horn). 5G mobile reception in downtown and there's connection still in mountains areas of Georgia during my day tour. Staff normal, helpful. The decor at the lobby is bright, smart and funny. The areas for improvement include the breakfast which is basic not delicious (I tried it once with extra pay as I had joined a 12-hr tour one day and couldn't have long breakfast). Another thing is that I don't know why, each time I used Yendex and set the pickup or dropping point as this hotel, but eventually the car stopped at the next street, not right at the hotel entrance. Regardless the above imperfections, I still gave score 5, because the hotel kindly gave me a very high room with good views to my satisfaction. A very cozy stay, I enjoy a lot 🥰.

her zaman kaldığım otel. ilk gelişimde hangi odaların sessiz olduğunu sormuştum bana "premium ayırtırsan 6 veya 7ci kat olur, onlar sessiz" denmişti,, bu sefer 4cü kattaydım ve ön sokaktan, mevsim itibariyle çok olmasa da biraz gürültü sorunu oldu. Ayrıca odamdaki havalandırma ısıtıcı çalışmıyordu, 5 dk çalışıp arıza işareti gösteriyor ve duruyordu. Son olarak her zaman memnun olduğum housekeeping, bu sefer birkaç şeyi eksik yapmış, eksik havlu bırakmış, masaüstü ikramlar çaylar yenilenmemiş v.s. Çok etkilemeyen sorunlar yaşadım, ama sürekli geldiğim otel yöneticileri bu notu değerlendirip bunlara dikkat edebilir diye düşünüyorum.
