Location is great, rooms have enough space, price is rather fair and noise level is acceptable. The cleanliness and breakfast can improve, there were some dirty towels put in our room and the blanket was a bit dirty with spots. Reception team was really great, specially Dachi who has provided us great support.

It was very pleasant stay. The room was upgraded as well upon special request. We went for first anniversary and Dachi was very kind to give us a warm welcome and upgrade as well. Thank you again Dachi.

Excellent hotel with a great location in the historical part of Tbilisi, making it convenient for exploring the area. Great service and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant and welcoming. A special mention to the receptionists Esmira and Liza. They were exceptionally professional, attentive and kind. They handled everything smoothly and made us feel truly cared for. Both the hotel and receptionists service deserve recognition.

We have stayed at many hotels around the world, but the hospitality shown by Mariam and Levan stands out as one of the finest we have ever experienced. That’s why I’m writing the review first time in my life. They turned a simple stay into an unforgettable memory. The Hotel itself was very clean with very beautiful view.
