Very bad experience, suite on the revenue booking was available but for the complimentary upgrade they said that it is under maintenance. Now tell me if I took a booking of suite on a revenue bases what will the team do ?? Don’t give the suite I did book for ? The restroom out of the all day dining restaurant was kept horrible, no water draining out of the wash basin sink and no housekeeping team / person would take care of their own work / job they are hired for. Really pathetic and don’t wish to come back to Novotel Jodhpur or any Novotel hotels in India as this was the worst experience I can get from a 5 star hotel .

With regard to the suite upgrade, we would like to clarify that we had upgraded your room to the next available category. Unfortunately, the suite rooms were under maintenance during your stay and were therefore unavailable for allocation. We understand that you noticed suite availability online; however, this was due to a system glitch. Additionally, upon learning of your preference, our team made arrangements to change your room that better suit your requirements from one to the other. As a special gesture and in recognition of the inconvenience caused, we also extended breakfast with our compliments for both rooms. We are equally concerned to learn about the condition of the restroom near the all-day dining restaurant. Please accept our sincere apologies for this lapse in cleanliness and maintenance standards. Your comments have been shared with the concerned teams for immediate corrective action to ensure such instances do not recur. While we understand your disappointment, we hope you will accept our sincere apologies and allow us another opportunity to restore your confidence in us. I must say, I had a good time! From the moment I arrived, the speedy check-in process set a positive tone for my visit. the staff were not only cooperative but also incredibly courteous, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything clean and tidy throughout my stay. I also appreciated the variety of delicious veg food offered with the variety available in the dining. Overall, my stay was quite nice!!
