Good location, however everything else was a letdown.

Location of the hotel was ideal as it is within 5 minutes to a nearby train station and dotonburi area. Lots of shopping and food around the area. Service by hotel staff was prompt and they were helpful with any requests. However, like most guests mentioned, the rooms were inadequately lit up and was dark at places where it shouldn't be. We had a room with an attached kitchenette and laundry machine. The room layout was also weird such that the cooking area provided was next to the sink where you wash your hands after using the toilet. There wasn't a separate handwashing area for toilet use. The wardrobe was also right in front of the bed and the bed was facing the main entrance of the room. The television was also oddly placed perpendicular to the bed (left side of the bed) such that you have to turn your head to watch while lying or sitting against the bed frame. We had breakfast at the centreM restaurant - the variety of food was poor and the taste was average. Overall, if you are looking for a hotel that only has a good location, this is the hotel to be at.

From a location standpoint, it is great and located in between Shinsaibashi & Namba metro station. The Shinsaibashi shopping belt is only 3 mins walk away. Just like other customers before me, I do agree the rooms are way too dark which is unfortunate.

We are enjoyed staying here, the location is great, just walking few minutes to Dotonburi, Shinsabasi and Station. The room is spacious for japan hotel. We get laundry machine inside. Love it. Just a little bit dark inside. The breakfast food is Ok. Because we are moeslim we dont have much choices to eat. The service is good. And they have billiard pool in the recreation room

Overall a pleasant stay. Largest gripe in the rooms are super dimly lit. Could barely see anything even with the lights on. Staff were helpful but at times felt a bit cold. Overall pleasant stay and great location but until they rectify the lighting situation in the rooms, I would avoid this hotel.

Spent 5 nighs here with my big family. We booked 5 rooms in total, but unfortunately they cannot put me in the same floor with my young daughters. My daugters stayed in the 9th floor, and I stayed in the 13th floor. The hotel location is superb, just walking distance to the glico signs and all the big malls, however, I came with a small bus, and the hotel located on a small road, so the bus cannot go in and we have to walk 5 minutes with 6 kids and a lot of luggage. The hotel only send 1 guy to help us which doesn’t really help at all. Another thing is the reception, my daughter had a very bad toothache on 1st January. Her face swollen and the pain was unbearable. She cried all the time and cannot sleep nor eat. When I ask the reception for help, they cannot do anything. I understand that the doctors all close during new year, but they can at least make some calls for clinics or something. But they just recommend me to take some pain killers. Unlike other reception from other hotel in Tokyo that tries veryvery hard to help me by calling so many clinics. Anyway, the room is clean. My room have a washing machine inside so you can do your laundry which was really helpful for long term trip. Overall very good experience. Might come back here if I go to Japan again.
