Dear Obedph, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review of your experience at Swissotel Osaka. It’s clear that your stay had both positive and challenging moments, and I appreciate you highlighting both sides. We’re glad to hear that the location was convenient and that you enjoyed your breakfast at Table 36, along with the exceptional service provided by Deepak from the concierge team. It’s also wonderful that you found the hotel to be convenient going to Kansai Airport. However, we deeply regret the issues you encountered, particularly with the room charge, spa booking, and missing item. I completely understand how upsetting these situations must have been, especially the concern about your item. It’s unfortunate that this incident occurred, and we appreciate that you reported it immediately. While the hotel followed up on the matter, we understand that this was still a very distressing experience, and we want to assure you that such incidents should not detract from your overall stay. We also acknowledge your comments about the hotel’s atmosphere, lighting, and some of the challenges with the Executive Club Lounge during the evening. Your suggestions for a refresh are valuable, and we’ll make sure to pass this feedback along to the team. We hope your next stay in April is much more enjoyable and free of these setbacks.
