酒店地理位置不错，房间干净卫生，有中文服务，早餐的服务人员态度很好，点赞 第二次入住了，唯一不满意是入住当天，下午3点多到达酒店还无法提供全部房间，一直等了一个多小时，才让所有人员入住。希望打扫房间的效率能提高

We are delighted to know you enjoyed our convenient location, clean rooms, and the warm service provided by our team, especially our colleagues and breakfast staff. With regards to your arrival experience, we would like to clarify that there was no prior request for all four rooms to be arranged on the same floor. Upon your arrival, our team had already prepared all four rooms; however, the rooms available at that time were located on two different floors, 2 rooms per floor. We had shared the option of proceeding with the available rooms immediately, albeit across two separate floors, or waiting a little longer for 2 other rooms on the same floor to be ready. We fully understand the importance of staying close together, and we respect your preference to wait for the remaining two rooms on the same floor. We sincerely apologise for the waiting time experienced and appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. Your feedback on room readiness is valuable to us, and we will continue to review our processes to further enhance efficiency, especially during peak check-in periods. We kindly recommend for you to provide us with your preference to have rooms on the same floor for future stays so we can have the rooms ready and available upon your arrival.
