我在酒店时居住于729#房间，房间设施完善，空调系统运转正常。 但是，洗浴间内的三瓶置物架在2026-02-03凌晨突然无缘无故掉落，突然发出很大声响，有打扰到我休息。

毛巾很久，有的甚至已经有毛边了，而且还有污渍，我甚至分不清那是铺在地上的还是擦身体的，我们是三个人入住三是每天都只放两个洗漱用品。另外我的生日是在入住的第二天，我办理入住的时候已经很迟了，连一句生日快乐都没有。

入住第二天晚上9点多回来，发现没有打扫房间，请前台呼叫打扫房间，请了3次，等了1个多小时才来打扫房间，等到10多才来，严重影响家人睡觉

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you encountered regarding the housekeeping service during your stay. In our efforts to promote responsible cleaning practices that minimise the environmental impact, our Housekeeping has adopted an environmental sustainability program designed to focus on reducing water and energy consumption, lowering our carbon footprint. Our housekeeping services are provided on the third day of your stay and subsequently, every other day. We encourage our guests to embrace this initiative. We also do understand how frustrating it must have been to request housekeeping multiple times and still wait over an hour for the service, especially when it ultimately took place around 10:00 PM and disrupted your family’s rest. This is certainly not the level of service or comfort we aim to provide our guests. Your comments have been shared with our Reception and Housekeeping teams and we will review it and take immediate steps to prevent this from happening again. We truly regret the impact this had on your stay. We strive to maintain high standards of prompt service.
