We had our staycay at Novotel Stevens Road during the Xmas period. We enjoyed the premier lounge service and the attentiveneas of Sabrina, Anand, Zoe & Gilbert. The hospitality & service is impeccable. Will definitely return to Novotel Singapore soon.

2nd time and definitely not the last one!

Breakfast at the hotel was a great start to the day. The manager, Mr.Mohamad was very attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly, and the staff were quick, efficient, and friendly. Service was excellent and made the experience even more enjoyable!! Definitely will come back! 😄

1st time to have festive brunch with a group of friends , first time try to the oyster from irish ,and delicious laksa

整体来说酒店还不错，干净卫生，服务也还行，有点遗憾的是，我们住了4晚，没遇到中文前台，因为英语也不好，所以有时候真的很需要中文沟通。然后房间里的电话也不知道怎么拨打给前台，希望酒店可以考虑添加快捷键拨打前台热线。

Good local food. Reasonably priced Yani provided exceptional service in a nice ambience. Highly recommended when in this area.
