入住第一晚，在床上躺了10分钟之后，腿部出现红疹，床单清洁不干净。第二天要求更换床单，之后没有出现，但床单上仍有轻微污渍。

Please accept my sincere apologies for the discomfort you experienced due to the condition of the bed linens upon your arrival. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and I regret that we did not meet the standard we strive to uphold. I appreciate you informing our team so that the sheets could be changed, although I am sorry to hear there were still slight stains present. This has been shared with our Housekeeper for immediate review and improvement. I would also like to apologise for the long wait you encountered during check-in. We understand how important a smooth arrival experience is, and we will continue to review our processes to improve efficiency during busy periods. Lastly, thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the breakfast selection. Your comments have been noted and will be shared with our culinary team as we continuously review our offerings to enhance the overall dining experience for our guests. 这个酒店的位置，去各个景点还是挺方便的，酒店附近有公交，有地铁，地铁需要步行15分钟，整体都挺方便的，入驻体验也特别好，前台服务人员都挺热情的，如果下次去新加坡还会入驻这家酒店。
