酒店前面正在修路,导致出行有点不方便

住宿环境比较舒适,房间在市中心的酒店来说比较大了,卫生条件也算不错。但外部装修比较吵闹,公交车比较方便,地铁就不算方便了

打扫房间不及时,信用卡重复扣房费(携程全款预付的情况下),定金退款不及时(目前还没收到),住4天都没有梳子,得自己问前台要,有一天早上莫名其妙六点门铃响了2分钟

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologise that your recent stay did not meet your expectations and regret the inconvenience caused. Please allow us to clarify the additional charge reflected on your credit card was a pre-authorisation hold collected upon check-in as part of international hotel standard procedures for incidental charges, and not a duplicate room payment. The pre-authorisation amount is automatically released by the hotel in the event there are no incidental charges incurred. The release timeline may vary depending on the issuing bank’s processing time. We have checked on the room cleaning schedule and our records show the room was cleaned within our room cleaning schedule on 13 May and 15 May. In our efforts to promote responsible cleaning practices that minimise the environmental impact, our Hotel has adopted an environmental sustainability program designed to focus on reducing water and energy consumption, lowering our carbon footprint. We have introduced non-cleaning days which was on the 14 May for your stay. For room amenities, a comb will be provided upon request and we had sent one up to your room on 13 May when we received your request at 11:54hrs. Upon viewing our CCTV camera footage of the room corridor, there was no one at the door at 6.00am throughout the duration of your stay. On this note, we have requested for our Engineering team to check on any malfunction of the doorbell which had caused the disturbance. Your comments have been shared with the relevant teams for immediate review and improvement to ensure a more seamless guest experience moving forward. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback.
