Comfy hotel with a bus stop right outside. Their very kind member of staff Gopi allowed us to check in early as well. However multiple staff knocked on our door on the day of check out. Our bad of not hanging the door not disturb sign but they could have waited for another hour then we’ll be gone.

Excellent hotel friendly staff, spotless cleaning thanks to professional staff especially Vicky who took care of my room. 5 star ⭐️ There is shuttle bus to help going to city without taking public transport. Breakfast with Asian and Western food 🍲 and always fresh fruits 🍇.

Everytime I am in Mercure I create the opportunity to visit the businness lounge looking for Thava, who is so polite and descent gentleman. He does his best to make you get the best experience every time you are there. I will be looking forward to coming back again soon... Thanks Thava.

Horrible customer service

Customer service is horrible. This place isn't friendly for tourist from outside the country. They were absolutely no help in cancelling any reservations or trying to make anything right. This was all the way up from management down to being put on hold for over an hour just to still not help someone out. All they care about is keeping your money and they don't care about their customers.

Excellent location, close to Orchard Road, reasonable price, many types of breakfast, I am very satisfied. When I checked into this hotel, I felt that the staff of this hotel was very enthusiastic. Especially Cai Ting, her attitude was very good, she was also very careful, and she cleaned it very well. She was also very enthusiastic. She greeted me every day during my stay. I am looking forward to staying in this hotel again.
