1.入住办理慢：我们入住只有两个人但是至少用了二十分钟 2.晚上外边声音太大：尤其是摩托车声音过多，睡眠体验感差！ 3.提交清扫服务不按时间清扫，希望11:30打扫，但是下午4点才来，我们已经回到房间，不方便再打扫 4.首次进入房间时浴室里的沐浴露不是附着在墙上的，是掉在地板上 5.我在携程软件预订了从高级双人房免费升级为豪华双人房，并且还有圣淘沙通票，可是给我房卡时房间仍未高级双人房，不是升级过的。经我提醒才重新进行了升级。并且也没有给我圣淘沙通票，直到我第二天去前台询问，才告诉我 6.我在携程选的付款方式为离店后付，可是前台不确认好，直接要求我用信用卡支付，耽误我的时间

酒店硬件设施好，早餐较丰富。但酒店位置较偏僻，周边缺少餐饮配套。预订时为双床房，入住时只有大床房，临时加了一张小床，全程7天都未更换。早餐在门口等待安排座位排队时间长，水果柜为移门，只能单侧取水果，增加了排队时间，建议改为双开门。
