前台入住体验很差,大约13点办完checkin,让我15点来领取房卡,15点到前台后,查询一次让等一会,查询一次让再等一会,还不告知到底需要等多久,查了4次超过40分钟才拿到房卡,不知道什么原因。

What you described is far from the seamless and welcoming arrival experience we aim to provide. We understand how important it is for guests to receive clear communication and timely updates, especially after already waiting for a while for the room. The lack of clarity on waiting time and the need for you to repeatedly follow up is certainly not acceptable. Please be assured that your feedback has been shared with the Front Office team for immediate review. We are looking into what may have caused the delay in issuing your room key and, more importantly, reinforcing the importance of proactive communication so guests are kept informed at every step. 您好!这一次可说是让人难忘和遗憾的入住经历。事因于10/4/26在行政酒廊办理入住手续时,顺道品尝一杯拿铁咖啡,但两口到肚后便感到有点酸酸的怪味,立即反应给贵宾服务人员有关此事,她们经过检查后发现牛奶确实已经变质,而当天晚上曾轻微拉肚子两次后便平息,故没有刻意去投诉。 另一次可怕的经历是发生在11/04/26的晚上返回酒店房间后,顺手从冰柜里拿出了一罐菠萝汁饮用后感觉不对劲,立即倒入玻璃杯里了解,发现果汁已经变黑,我便即时将所有东西拿到前台去反应,当时的值班副经理:Nasirudiw(NAS), 他表示会于第二天12号给我一个满意答案,但遗憾的是,一直都没有得到回复,故我再次走到前台了解,当时,另一位值班副经理:Mark 要求我重新再说一遍有关情况后表示需要上报给他的上司,待第二天才能回复我;直到第二天13号退房前才好不容易找到值班经理:Ismail. Hashid, 双方交流了约半个小时,他当时曾表示会补偿一天免费住宿和积分以表歉意,但遗憾的是,至今并仍没有得到任何的信息通知,而且,我曾给Ismail.Hashid发过电邮,但至今并没有得到他的礼貌性回复,这不知道是什么原因?是网络问题?还是酒店的管理团队对员工的培训不足的关系?让人抓不着头脑???

房间虽然旧但是卫生打扫的非常干净,附近有两个公交站算是方便,前台及存包处服务态度好
