The hotel is very beautiful and comfortable and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting! I was really impressed with how thoughtful and accommodating the hotel staff, Miss Siti and Sze Qing were during our stay. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us, especially when it came to assigning our rooms. They made sure that our family rooms were right next to each other, which made things so much more convenient and enjoyable. On top of that, they even upgraded our rooms to ones that came with a complimentary minibar and free drinks, which was such a pleasant surprise. Their attention to detail and genuine care really made our experience extra special.

Had a pleasant and comfortable stay! First time here and the hotel room was cozy and I found it really interesting that the pool had music underwater — such a nice touch for relaxation and mental wellness. A special thank you to Danial for his outstanding customer service and together with him, Anand and Gilbert for the lovely surprise birthday cake. Truly appreciated! Will definitely come back for another staycation.

Have been staying at Novotel and Mercure Stevens regularly and each time we are at the Privilege Lounge on the 10th floor we are always greeted by Anand who is friendly and helpful. He never fails to assist us with our needs and will try his best to accommodate us with his knowledgeable and professional service. His partner Zoe has a positive and friendly attitude too. Thank you very much to both of them.
