การขึ้นลิฟท์ไปห้องพักไม่สะดวก ต้องต่อลิฟท์สองครั้ง พื้นทางเดินก็ลาด ห้องไม่สะอาด พื้นห้องปูพรม มีฝุ่นจับเป็นก้อนๆกระจายตามพื้น เป็นจุดต่างๆทั่วห้อง ซื้อแพจเกจแบบhalf-board อาหารเย็นมีเป็นคอร์สให้เลือก รสชาติไม่อร่อยสักจาน กินไม่ได้เลย เสียดายเงิน เหลือเกินครึ่งทุกจานตอนค่ำต้องสั่งMc donald ให้grap food มาส่งที่โรงแรม

ฉันจองและจ่ายเงินเรียบร้อย แต่โรงแรมปฏิเสธการเช็คอิน บอกว่าอโกด้าส่งเมลมายกเลิก แต่ ทางอโกด้าและทางโรงแรมสื่อสารกันไม่เข้าใจเอง ทางโรงแรมจึงยกเลิกห้องพัก ทั้งหมด3บุ๊คกิ้ง ตอนแรกสอบถามทางโรงแรม ไม่ได้รับการช่วยเหลือใดๆ โยนให้อโกด้า สุดท้ายแล้วคือ โรงแรมกับอโกด้าสื่อสารกันผิด ลูกค้าต้องรับผลกระทบ เสียค่าโทรต่างประเทศ ไป เป็นร้อยนาที เพราะโรงแรมปฏิเสธจะช่วยติดต่ออโกด้าให้ พอให้เพื่อนชาวสิงคโปร์มาคุยให้ พนักงานถึงยอมคุย ถึงรับฟัง การจองครั้งนี้จ่ายให้โรงแรมทั้งหมด 4ห้อง 1คืน2ห้อง 2คืน 2ห้อง พนักงาน2มารตราฐาน ถ้าให้ความช่วยเหลือแต่แรกก็ไม่ต้องเสียค่าโทรมากขนาดนี้ แล้วที่แย่ที่สุดบอกว่าจะอัพเดทห้องให้ แต่พอเปิดเข้าไป ห้องเหมือนห้องแรกที่ เช็คอิน 2ห้องก่อนหน้า ไม่ได้รู้สึกว่าห้องถูกอัพเกรด ที่รู้สึกว่าไม่ได้อัพเกรด เหมือนพนักงานพูดเพราะกลัวร้องเรียน ไม่ได้ให้ความช่วยเหลือที่จริงใจ ไม่สมกับเป็นโรงแรมชั้นนำ

The location is good, close to the Apple Store. However, I encountered an issue with the elevator connecting the 4th floor to other floors — it dropped and got stuck for about 10 seconds on two occasions. Please check this. The guests who were with me were very shocked.
