Another wonderful meal at the Novotel's Food Exchange. The steamboat on Friday was excellent. The service from Marcus and his team was outstanding as always. One staff member by the name of Eugene worked extremely hard and was an excellent example of Novotel's outstanding service. Thank you to Marcus and all the team.

We previously stayed at the sister hotel - Mercure, but found the rooms too small. This time we booked at Novotel and were glad for the extra space. On both occasions we could utilise the Privilege Lounge and really enjoyed the inclusions. Canapés and alcoholic drinks from 5-6:30pm daily as well as all day coffee, soft drinks and snacks. The staff in the lounge make it memorable, and they work very hard to provide great service. Special mention to Anand, Sabrina, and Gilbert. Apologies to the other staff whose names I can’t recall. Breakfast at Food Exchange is more than adequate at this price. The staff again work very hard to keep the food stocked and tables clear. I found one of the staff in particular deserves mention for her efficiency and warm personality - thanks Agnes for always taking time to say Good Morning and asking about our stay. The lady at front desk is also very friendly and I apologise for not noting her name. All around this is a great hotel only a short walk or shuttle ride to Orchard Road. There are also two pools and a 24 hour gym operated by Anytime Fitness. Will definitely be back next time we’re in Singapore.

To all brides and grooms-to-be, go for Novotel Stevens!!! 💖 The big foyer area is perfect for your guests to hang out and mingle during the reception—so spacious and comfortable 🫶🏻. Thank God for the good weather too—it really made the day even more magical! A huge shoutout and heartfelt thank you to Melvin, Saran, and Derrick for going above and beyond to make my big day smooth and stress-free 🙏🏼. Their help really made everything easier and so enjoyable! My stay at Novotel was also super pleasant—the hotel staff were quick to respond to our requests, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and I absolutely loved the bridal suite 😍. Overall, it was such a wonderful experience celebrating my wedding here. If you’re looking for a venue with great spaces, a comfy stay, and a team that genuinely cares, Novotel Stevens is definitely worth considering! ✨

Went to Food Exchange for dinner, for their Midweek Catch @ Stevens. Totally impressed by their quality food served, regular replenishment of food. Not too big a selection that I felt overwhelmed as per other buffets. Very reasonably priced as well. Very friendly service from Marcus, Kim Lai and Yani. Hope to bring our friends back here in future.

Throughly enjoyed my stay here at the Mercure, the location was so easy to get between places and the hotel itself was lovely. Staff were always so friendly and happy to accommodate all our needs, specially Marcus. The hotel had everything we needed and more and could not recommend it enough.
