I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Singapore on Stevens road, made even better by the outstanding service from two staff members, Elliani and Noryn. Both ladies were incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. They went out of their way to assist us with genuine care and professionalism, which made us feel truly welcomed and valued as guests.
