من البداية: - تسجيل الدخول كسياسة عامة للفنادق الساعه ٢ او ٣ بحد أقصى ولكن تم ادخالنا الساعة ٤ - الاسلوب لم يكن جيد في التعامل كأننا لم ندفع أي قيمة مادية. - فندق الخدمة الذاتية لا يوجد مساعدة في حمل الاغراض ولا حتى تسليم عربة النقل إنما فقط أشارت برأسها إلى مكان العربة. - النظافة غير جيدة أبداً ويوجد رائحة في المفرش.

Bonjour Madame A., Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience avec nous. Comme indiqué sur notre site internet, le check-in est officiellement prévu à 16h. Vous avez toutefois pu accéder à votre chambre dès 15h15, ce dont nous étions ravis — même si la ponctualité de nos chambres n’a visiblement pas su rivaliser avec celle de votre avis. Nous nous sommes occupés de vos bagages à l’arrivée avec votre chauffeur, et n’avons reçu aucune demande d’aide lors de votre départ. Si nous avions su que vous aviez besoin d’un coup de main, nous aurions bien sûr été là… mais difficile de deviner ce qui ne nous est pas demandé. Concernant la propreté, nous sommes sincèrement surpris : aucun signalement n’a été fait durant votre séjour, ni même lorsque nous vous avons interrogée à votre départ sur votre satisfaction. Nous aurions corrigé la situation immédiatement — nous sommes efficaces, mais malheureusement pas encore devins. Nous vous remercions malgré tout pour vos remarques, qui nous aident à ajuster nos services avec précision. Nous vous souhaitons une belle journée, et espérons que votre prochaine visite sera à la hauteur de vos attentes… ou même un peu en avance, comme votre check-in.
