كانت تجربة سيئة جدا ،، لم يتم اعطائي سريرين منفصلين تعامل الطاقم سيئ جدا لايريدون التعاون،، الاصنصير لايعمل بعض الوقت يتعطل ،، يوجد مشكلة في باب الغرفة فقارئ الكرت لايعمل بشكل جديد مما يجعلني اذهب كثيرا لاعادة قراءة الكرت ..

As the hotel was fully booked throughout your stay, it was unfortunately not possible to offer an alternative with separate beds. We take great pride in the professionalism and hospitality of our team and do not share your impression regarding their behavior. However, we remind all guests to respect hotel rules, including breakfast hours and access to staff-only areas. Regarding your room door, there was indeed a technical issue with the card reader, which was promptly addressed and resolved. Sincerely, The Direction
