We booked a room at this hotel and realized just one minute later that we had accidentally selected dates one month later than intended. We contacted them immediately to change the dates, and we were assured that we could stay at the hotel this month and that the issue would be resolved afterward. We stayed at the hotel, but they did not refund the payment that was made by mistake. As a result, we stayed for one night but ended up paying twice. This is a very unprofessional attitude toward customers.

Good budget hotel

Had a good experience for two nights in a single room. The room was clean, quiet and modern, had a huge TV inside and the Wifi was working well. Staff was friendly and the location with the Alexanderplatz station nearby is great to explore the city. Plenty restaurants and cafés are nearby as well.

Sabah kahvaltıda uzun boylu iri çalışan arkadaş çok tabak kullandığımızı ve çok kez ayağa kalktığımızı söyledi. Bu konuda oldukça mutsuz olduk. 10.12 de sabah 9-9.30 aralıgında gelen çalışan arkadaş herkesin içerisinde söylediği laflar gerçekten ilk kez karsılaşacağımız türdendi. Resmen şok olduk.

Sevgili Misafir, Daha iyi hizmet sunabilmemiz için vakit harcayarak yaptığınız değerlendirmeleriniz için teşekkür ederiz. Gıda israfına karşı mücadele ediyor, misafirlerimizden tabaklarını fazla doldurmamalarını rica ediyoruz. Herkes istediği kadar alabilir ama biz gereğinden fazlasını atmak istemiyoruz. Bizim için en önemli şey buydu. Çok basit ama hiçbir zaman işe yaramadı. Biraz özür diliyorum ve anlayışla karşılıyorum. Olumsuzluklar hakkında sizden tekrar özür diliyor, size daha konforlu bir konaklama yaşatabilmemiz için ileride bize bir şans daha vermenizi umud ediyorum. Just a one night stop for us. No frills hotel close to Alexanderplatz and the railway station. Compact room and equally compact bathroom. Didn’t sleep too good due to road and tram noise at the front of the building. Doesn’t help when the windows don’t close properly!! Cold bathroom. Adequate breakfast but again no frills. Got to breakfast before the rush, some were having to wait for a table. The only lift is slow and also used by housekeeping so be prepared to wait or use the stairs. Shower gel bottle was empty when we came to use the shower, luckily a housemaids trolley was in our corridor so helped myself to a new one. As they say, you only get what you pay for and this is no exception.

Good location

Good location with rooms providing what you need. Shower space a bit small but othewrise it was fine. The lift is very slow and small so in a larger group you are best taking the stairs. We didn't have breakfast here but were hapoy with the stay.
