Dear Seda T., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are truly sorry to learn that your stay did not meet the standards you have experienced at other ibis hotels. We sincerely regret that we left you with such a disappointing impression. We are particularly concerned by your comments regarding the cleanliness of the breakfast area and the lack of cleanliness of the dishes. Please accept our sincere apologies, as this does not reflect the standards we strive to maintain. Your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping and breakfast teams for immediate review. We also regret that the room amenities did not meet your expectations. As an ibis Styles hotel, our room concept differs from other ibis brands, and amenities such as minibars, slippers or additional bathroom products are not part of our standard offering. However, we fully understand that this may have been disappointing if you expected a different level of equipment. As you correctly noticed, our hotel is currently undergoing a comprehensive renovation to modernize our facilities. While this investment will significantly improve the guest experience, we understand that it does not change the experience you had during your stay. We appreciate your kind words about our team and are pleased to know they tried to assist you.
