Otel konum olarak iyi, odalar günlük oda temizliği yönünden iyi, ancak odadaki dolaplar tozlu ve kötü kokuyor. Kahvaltı gayet iyi, kahvaltıda görevli personel nazik ve yardımsever. Ancak resepsiyon personeli için aynı şeyi söyleyemem. Otelden ayrılmadan bir gün önce gece görevlisi erkek resepsiyonist bizden bir gün sonranın yani henüz almadığımız kahvaltının ücretini ödememizi istedi. Biz ertesi gün erken saatte otelden ayrılacağımızı ve kahvaltı almayacağımızı söyledik ancak yine de almayacağımız kahvaltının ücretini ödemememizi istedi. Bu tuhaf ve olumsuz bir yaklaşımdı.

Otelinizde 29 mart - 3 nisan 2025 tarihleri arasındaki konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Check-in kolaydı ve görevli nazik ve yardımcıydı. Odamız temiz, geniş ve konforluydu. Odadaki imkanlar (kahve ve çay ikramları, ışıklandırma - odanın aydınlığı), otelin sessizliği hakkında çok memnun kaldık. Odamız her gün özenli bir şekilde temizlendi. Otel barındaki görevliler nazikti. Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Tek eleştirim, odadaki televizyonun çok yer kaplaması ve odayı ikiye bölen bir konumda yerleştirilmiş olmasıydı. Bu yorumum tartışmalı olabilir; ancak günümüzde televizyonun çok gerekli olmadığını düşünüyorum. Nihayetinde, otelin konumu ve hizmetin kusursuz olması itibariyle bir sonraki Berlin seyahatimde kesinlikle otelinizi tekrar tercih ederim ve diğer kişilere öneririm.
