Dear Rudy, Warm greetings from SO/ Maldives! Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback following your stay and please allow us to clarify a few points. Regarding the villa change request, an alternative villa was offered when the sun exposure on the deck did not meet your expectations. As your reservation was for a water villa, an option to upgrade to an ocean-view villa was also presented, which you chose not to proceed with. Your early arrival was accommodated at 10:15 AM, allowing you to settle in ahead of the standard check-in time. Your late check-out request was also arranged in line with the agreed terms. For the dolphin excursion, the charge applied covered two adults, not three as mentioned, and reflected a lower amount than stated. As this is a natural wildlife experience, dolphin or turtle sightings cannot be guaranteed, however many guests do enjoy the excursion and share positive feedback. As for your final evening’s dinner, the bill reflects two main courses, one dessert, and drinks. We sincerely value your recognition of the team members who made a positive impression, particularly guest experience porters and the Citronelle Club hosts. Your observations concerning pricing, villa location, and the check-out process are noted and will be shared with the relevant departments for review, supporting our ongoing efforts to refine and enhance the guest experience.
