It was a pleasure having you as our guest. We are truly concerned to learn about the issues you encountered and would like to take this opportunity to provide further clarification: Seaplane & Domestic Transfers – Given that we are just 25 minutes from Malé, we aim to maximize our guests’ time at the resort. Transfers are scheduled based on flight details provided by guests and confirmed with the respective seaplane or domestic carrier, ensuring departure at least an hour before check-in closure. Unfortunately, in your case, the domestic flight was delayed—a factor beyond our control as it falls under a separate service provider. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused but hope for your kind understanding. Construction Work – There was no ongoing construction during your stay. The work you may have noticed was an urgent repair of the spa roofs, which had sustained damage due to recent heavy rains. While we have scheduled maintenance plans in place, this repair was necessary for guest safety. We sincerely apologize if it impacted your experience. Booking via Travel Agents – While we maintain agreements with travel agents and tour operators, we ensure they receive clear information about our resort’s concept and accommodation categories. If there was any miscommunication on their part, we deeply regret the inconvenience and extend our sincere apologies on their behalf. We greatly value your feedback and have shared your concerns with the relevant teams to ensure continuous improvement.
