Absolutely garbage. Has to fly over for a medical procedure for my youngest, upon checking in I was given a down grade of what I had already paid for 2 months in advance. I asked to be moved to a better room the second day I was there. Was just 2 single ensumbles pushed together. They were even the same height so bed was uncomfortable asf. House keeping was slack. Only tided my room once the week I stayed. Fresh towels weren’t left I had to request them (that was a BIG inconvenience for the clerk on at the time) Same treatment when ordering room service too. All staff seriously lack manners and professionalism, except the Gardner, he was absolutely lovely! Breakfast was the same everyday, scrambled eggs are the only eggs. Also; mother in law booked a room while I was there too. She was severely over charged, her bed was dirty, shower bathroom filthy. Both bathrooms in the 2 rooms I had were gross. The vents are chocked with dust and dirt. First room had some lovely lubed hand prints all over the head board still too 👎 proper Lubly OH ALSO, gotta love refillable soap dispensers hey. Dunno how this is allowed? People do gross stuff

Poorly managed. Reserve your breakfast at time of booking hotel online cos you’ll get stung otherwise.

Room had two single beds pushed together to one wall of the room, so had only one bedside table on the free side, and one power point only on the wall side. One above-bed light did not work. Climate system panel was difficult to work out: had trouble switching the air con off. No toilet brush in bathroom. We arrived in the evening and Self-checkin was not working correctly: the option to add breakfast at a discounted rate refused to work on the checkin screen; reception staff said he ‘will fix it’. In the morning the AM reception guy didn’t believe us that the PM guy ‘fixed it’ as there were no notes attached to our room number, so he refused to charge us the discounted rate. We met the PM guy later on that day and told him the issue and he said he will ‘fix the error’ so we would get charged the discount rate for next morning breakfast. So the next morning we got charged the full rate, not the discounted rate because the AM guy had no notification of the issue. Poorly managed hotel with no communication between staff levels. Do not recommend staying here.

Stayed twice in 10 days for 2 nights each and found the rooms, service and food pretty good. Hotel was full for both stays but it wasn't crowded and there was minimal waits for lift service. Only 3 stories high (I stayed on 3rd). Room was simple and functional, air con a tad noisy so I turned it off at night. Bed was just right for me - decent sleeps. Bathroom clean and the shower had amazing water pressure for a great shower. I didn't do the buffet breakfast (a little high at $26) but grabbed a bacon, cheese and egg role and coffee from reception for $10. Happy Hour is 4 - 6 where a selection of wine and beer are $7 each - not bad. There is about 10 - 15 dishes that can be ordered 24/7 for lunch or dinner by QR code and eaten in the restaurant or your room. No complaints, standard hotel food. Sparkling water free, on tap and available all day. The hotel is a "car hotel" - not much other way to get there. Westfield is next door - but getting there is slightly complicated on foot. Lots of sports, school groups and tradies. Staff were very nice and accommodating . Would stay again.

Good location - nearby to the office. Easy auto / self service checkin. Friendly staff. Good size rooms - not much change since the Travelodge days. Although appears to be improving some aspects (new A/C in guest rooms, fresh coat of paint, new carpets). Upgraded F&B outlets - they look good. Breakfast only during my stay - take away coffee not even an option (machine broken??) and nothing else convenient nearby

appartamento favoloso! posizione ottima, tutto in ordine e pulito. appartamento con tutto il necessario, cucina lavatrice, lavastoviglie, frigo e così via. veramente uno psttacolo. l'unica pecca è il rumore delle macchine la mattina avendo soggiornato dalla parte della strada. per il resto tutto perfetto
