Great hotel with kitchenette

This is super venue, staff are professional and friendly, the rooms come with a smart TV, air conditioning and a small kitchenette that is useful for snacks. Also, the location is ideal if you don’t have a car as you can easily catch the bus down to Manley or up the coast. Will book to stay longer next time!

This place is aweful. We booked in 3 rooms for 9 people. It started with the check in. At least 25 minutes it took to check in and get our keys programmed. 1 staff member on and not in any way efficient. Then we got to our room and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, there were pubes on the toilet seat and bathroom floor had dirt on it. The most alarming thing was that a fork was out in the sink. When I reported this I got a ‘oh we will send someone up to have a look’. Later that evening we decided to get a drink at the bar in reception and there was nobody to be found. No staff for 15 minutes before someone waltzed in, casual as. Then they took way too long to process two drinks. This place is a disaster, there is no attention to detail and I wouldn’t stay here again in a million years.

We cannot rate the genuine care and professionalism of the staff at Mercure Sydney Manly Warringah more highly. Always responsive, attentive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that guests feel welcome and valued, General Manager Scott Bear and Front Office Manager, Alex Farrell have set an exceptionally high standard for hospitality. Rooms are comfortable for both business and leisure guests, and the conveniently located cafe offers tasty treats. This hotel is a local gem for travellers visiting the northern beaches

They will over sell the secure carpark, so don't expect any parking and provide provide you with single ply toilet paper. That is the quality of this hotel. And do not honour Accor members with drinks on arrival. Very poor service, stay away.

As we have already discussed, i appreciate your perspective and experience of the property and I apologise you were not satisfied with your time at the hotel. The hotel honours all Accor membership benefits with drink vouchers being able to be used within the property. These drink vouchers can be redeemed using the ALL app just like with all Accor properties. We pride ourselves on the delivery of our service and the team I know are all very guest focused so it is disappointing to hear of your dissatisfaction here.
