I especially enjoyed my mornings at this hotel because I would get to see Veseala at the bed and breakfast buffet. Veseala is a staff member that went above and beyond her call of duty. Her warm nature and excellent service is something that would make me want to stay at this hotel again. She is such an asset to Mercure Sydney Bankstown, has the most beautiful energy and made me feel very comfortable and happy during my time at the hotel. She is amazing!

Excellent Hotel, great facilikties and as part of Bankstown Sports Club a definite added bonus. Close to airport and railway station. Plus free parking.

I found the Mercure Bankstown to be an exceptional place to stay. Close to all amenities and the Bankstown Sports Club downstairs was excellent from the food choices to the friendly staff. All staff members of The Mercure had excellent people skills from the manager to the people working behind the front book in counter to the friendly hardworking cleaners. They made my stay memorable from the spotlessly clean room to the underground secure parking. I would definitely recommend this place to stay . 10/10 for everything about the place . They even had a laundry for guests use. Thanks 😊

Worst Mercure hotel we have ever stayed.

Service is so bad, it is not worth $200 a standard Queen , outdated and dirty room . No bathroom amenities , no room slippers. Ground floor at reception and lobby is with strong smell of cheap room spray . It’s unbelievable that they claim themselves a 3.5 star, let alone the 4 star hotel. The worst Mercure hotel we have ever stayed.

I will investigate the cleanliness of the room you stayed in and we do offer bathroom amenities, so I will need to follow that up as well. Slippers for the room are available at Reception. I’d rather try crossing the border than stay here. Absolutely filthy each and every stay. Never again. Blood stains, urine stands, semen stains on bedding, Lysol clippings under couch cushions and bugs in their beds,dust everywhere, but don’t complain as they will ask you to find alternative accommodation. Absolutely filthy Strip your beds and pillows This ‘establishment’ is a health and hygiene risk.
