The entire experience from the drive in to the checkout is amazing. The quarter is incredible and the staff welcomes you into their establishment like you would their own home. Ramilya and Erke are absolutely amazing attentive and ensuring your visit is special. The Moxy bar is incredible a great place to wind down your evening with plenty of choices to complete your evening with a night cap. Now let’s talk spa and wellness there are so many options to choose from and make your day even more incredible the choices seem endless and the care given is boundless.

The overall experience was amazing, so good to be out of the city and have lazy mini vacation. Beds are very comfortable, service and food are excellent, spa is also great to relax. I really wish we could stay longer. The territory of the hotel is amazing to just walk and connect with the nature. Totally recommend this hotel.

It was a short stay cation. And it was an excellent one. Food, leisure, rooms, all as expected. We were family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed our stay. Good pool, good kids room with good options to entertain. I liked the idea of having a library in kids room.

From the moment you arrive till the moment you check-out, the service is impeccable. One of the best locations in Almaty. Amazing and fantastic facilities, the spa and pool areas are fabulous as is the gym. For the food, wow! the breakfast has many options and many different options to choose from, the restaurants offer a fantastic selection of food for lunch or dinner. Super clean rooms well presented. I tried to find any small issues but honestly, could not fault the hotel or its staff. Special thanks to Mr. Ozgur, Zarina and Aivaz who always were helpful and welcoming. This will become my usual place to stay when visiting Almaty, if it is for work or personal visits.
