All guest should take their breakfast without asking assistant from hotel staff. This ıs not healthy. Every guest use same items while getting food. According to regulations, the breakfast should be served by hotel staff.

Let me thank you for taking the time to share impressions regarding your recent stay with us! Safety and health of our gusts are top priority for us, and at breakfast area we installed special hygiene borders to provide food in safety way. Our restaurant staff strictly ensure hotel guests to keep social distancing during breakfast time and they always assist in serving guests to get necessary items at the same time. Moreover, we do not allow guests to visit breakfast area without face mask, and we provide them with masks, in case they do not have their own. However, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the inconvenience you faced, and we are very sad that our hygiene measures that we follow did not meet your expectations. We do try to provide our guests with a great level of service, trying to ensure they feel safety in our hotel and we will implement additional trainings for our staff to be more attentive during serving on breakfast. I have stayed with my family in the hotel four days + we booked additional room for 2 days, spent twice the price of the booking for room services. In the room some basic staff from guest amenities set was missing like dental kit, vanity kit and etc. We didn’t complaint and probably it is the standard of a midscale hotel, whatever. The only thing what we asked is to give us extra five hours to check out from one room out of two because of the late flight time. The occupancy of the hotel is quiet low and it seemed not to be a big deal for FOM to give us extra five hours. It occurred on: 15/11/2020 This meant that We were not effected in anyway we just won’t stay in accor hotels anytime more. It is not customer oriented approach. Thank you!

Great location, new hotel, clean, cozy, comfortable. Very good breakfast with variety of choice. All hygiene rules and standards in a high level. I feel safe and protected. Very friendly staff, great service.

The location of the hotel is one of the best in the city. The hotel itself is new. It is a franchise owned by a local big shot politician. Amenities are nice - I liked the gym. We booked our rooms without breakfast so can’t judge it . I know almaty very well, therefore I preferred to eat outside at a convenient time. The problem for us was the room service. Floor and furniture was very poorly cleaned. Furniture was not cleaned on a daily basis. We had to ask for bathrobes and replenishment of shampoos. Staff was inattentive to details . I had to remind about promises yoga mat literally three times on three different days. I addressed these Problems directly to one of the managers of the hotel . They have sent us a fruit basket as apologies . I do hope that the hotel management will improve on these details that shape a big picture.

The hotel is close to the city centre, not far from metro station, if you like local transport. The rooms are standard Novotel rooms, good enough. The problem was room temperature - individual regulation was not possible - fortunately, it was possible to open the window. Breakfast is nice. Staff tries to help, sometimes with limited experience.

The Novotel Almaty is suitably located just at the bottom of Koktobe park, 10-15 minutes walk from the Arbat and the Green Market, close to great restaurans and on the Dostyk boulevard where you can catch a bus to the mountains. Amazing viw too on the Ili Alatau from your room. A must !

Good Hotel very well located, there was only a little problem with the online payment, however it was easily solved in the hotel. The entrance lobby is too little for the reception, bar and playground.
