The issues with the air conditioning, safe box, and delayed hot water supply are certainly not reflective of the standards we strive to maintain. Although we are glad that most of the issues were resolved promptly after contacting our reception team, we regret that the hot water temperature issue persisted during late night and early morning hours. Please be assured that we have escalated this matter to our Engineering team for a thorough inspection of the hot water system. Tolle Lage, zwar nicht direkt in der City, aber das wollten wir auch gar nicht. Das Hotel liegt in einem Einkaufszentrum mit verschiedenen Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal und unser Apartment war sehr groß und geräumig. Auch der Check Out mit 12 Uhr war top, da unser Flug erst spät abends ging und wir so noch schlafen konnten und das Gepäck aufbewahren konnten. Gym reicht um ein anständiges Training zu absolvieren. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Der Consierge war der Beste!! :)
