Dear Dirk1990, Thank you for sharing your review. My sincere apologies for the escalator on our adjacent malls which are not functioning. We are trying hard to get the Metro mall's management to rectify this issue but they are slow in executing this action. No choice but just continue go behind them until it works. We are continuing find ways to improve our breakfast to cater wide range of clientele. Hopefully, one day it satisfy all nationwide palate. Our hotel is located in a new business and entertainment district in the centre of Kuala Lumpur; this newly developed area is named Fraser Business Park. We are still in communication with the city authorities to install additional signage for better visibility from the main road particularly, and hopefully we can get this resolved soon.
