Hotel insgesamt sehr schön und modern. Personal freundlich. Tägliche Reinigung auch sehr gut. Kleiner Abzug beim Frühstück: mir hat etwas mehr Wurst und Käse gefehlt. Marmelade gab es auch nur eine Sorte in der Schüssel. Auch bei Brot und Brötchen war die Auswahl nicht groß. Ein großer Punkt Abzug: bei Ankunft am Vormittag war Check in erst 15 Uhr. Haben kein Frühstück bekommen. Eigentlich traurig. Denn es ist immer so viel übrig. Am letzten Tag/Abreise früh s noch vorm Frühstück, haben wir nur eine Tasche mit 4 trockene/harte Croissants bekommen, 4 Äpfel und 4 Säfte im Tetra Pack. Obwohl wir fast 100€ fürs Frühstück/Tag bezahlt haben und es hätte uns an diesem Tag noch zugestanden. Hätte man mit der Ankunft ausgleichen können.

Wir sind gezwungen aufgrund der politischen Lage eine Woche länger zu bleiben. Das Hotel Team war in der Zeit mehr als zuvorkommend und freundlich. Auslandtelefonate könnten an der Rezeption erledigt werden. Wir empfehlen das Hotel weiter.

Das Hyde Hotel ist ein sehr schönes Stadthotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön sauber stilvoll und neuwertig eingerichtet. Wir hatten sogar einen Balkon mit zwei Sesseln und einer liege mit Blick auf den Creek. Der Zimmerservice war erstklassig. Der Wohnschlafbereich sehr geräumig, ebenso wie das Bad mit einer Riesen Dusche und Badewanne und einem doppelten Waschplatz mit beheizbaren Spiegel. Auch das Licht im Badezimmer war super, was man nicht in jedem Hotel vorfindet. Hier hat einfach alles gestimmt. Wir hatten den Aufenthalt mit Frühstück gebucht da hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Dreimal täglich wird ein Shuttle zur Dubai Mall angeboten was wir ab und an auch gern kostenfrei genutzt haben. Ansonsten gibt es in der Umgebung einige kleine Geschäfte und schöne Restaurants, da das Hotel etwas abseits liegt und wir viel mit der Metro unterwegs waren, haben wir uns jeweils ein Uber gerufen, um dann in die Metro zu steigen, denn zu Fuß wäre es etwas weit gewesen. Jederzeit war man uns gern behilflich im Hotel wenn wir eine Frage hatten von daher alles top und gerne weiter zu empfehlen.
