Zimmer, Ambiente und Essen sind top. Die totale Planlosigkeit und Unzuverlässigkeit des Rezeptionspersonals haben den Aufenthalt jedoch etwas anstrengend gemacht und lassen das Hotel leider unprofessionell wirken. Das ist eigentlich schade, denn das Hotel ist ein qualitatives Top Hotel, jedoch die Rezeption ist als erste Anlaufstelle und mit ihrem freundlichen sowie professionellen Auftreten die wichtigste Visitenkarte eines Hotels.

Das Hotel entspricht meinen Erwartungen. Ich war mit Hotel und der freundlichen Bedienung sehr zufrieden. Außen wirkt edas Gebäude etwas altmodisch zwischen all den umgebenden modernen Wolkenkratzern, aber das hat auch seinen eigenen Charme. Im inneren aber ganz schön! Nett auch der Pool Bereich hinten hinaus mit weiteren Restaurants, Bars.
