Pandi from Housekeeping was ver very friendly and made our room every single day very clean. Very good guy. We can recommend him 100%!!!! The hotel was also good and we will come again with our family. The service at the bar was also good with a lot of different cocktails.

Wonderful hotel located by the marina and connected to the beach. Staff is very helpful, specially our supervisors for the roomservice. Perfect cleaning and lovely service by the amazing Jaffar! I will definitely be revisiting the hotel. Thank you to Jaffar and the rest of the Rixos crew!

Its very good sport classes in rixos! Im so excited to came again on these class , thank you so much Eleonora for such amazing hammock yoga and pilates, i really recommend to joint the group classes on the sea with beautiful view and good atmosphere 😍

The hotel itself is really cool with some great restaurants on site including STK, Ammos and Asil. We arrived late and FWIW check in was a breeze and the staff were friendly and helpful. At check in we were asked to sign a waiver to say we wouldn’t smoke in our room which I thought was odd however this must be a regular issue at the hotel as upon entering our room we were hit by an overwhelming smell of stale smoke. At 2am we couldnt be bothered to do anything so the next morning we spoke to reception and Batuhan was extremely helpful. He gave me his whatsapp and asked housekeeping to try and remove the smell. They did their best but it hadnt gone completely. In the end Batuhan arranged an air purifier for us which worked a treat. We were very impressed by the excellent service. If you are looking for a relaxing week on the beach or round the pool then this probably isn’t the hotel for you. The orientation of the buildings means that the pool was in shade until around 2pm and the Azure Beach Club pool area takes up the prime space for sunbathing but is quite party oriented with loud music and groups of young people drinking. The beach was our preferred area which gets much more sun pretty much all day long but beware the sunbeds are extremely tightly packed in next to one another. The service on the beach was quality though. Overall a very good hotel but could be improved with a focus on staying guests rather than day guests for Azure Beach Club.
