My girlfriend and I have stayed at the Rixos JBR twice now. You can tell it's not brand new in a few small details (flashing lights in the pool, the carpet in the room is a bit worn). Nevertheless, I would highly recommend the hotel, as it's absolutely clean and the staff is very friendly and motivated. I'd also like to mention our room attendant, Polash, who always took care of our room – thank you so much!

Stayed 3 nights in a Deluxe room at Rixos JBR, first impressions are the hotel is very glitzy, almost pretentious, but the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The room is big for one of the basic rooms, but Badly let down by a ridiculous rule that you have to have a suite to enable the TV to cast from your phone, so you are stuck we terrible non English channels. We stayed in Bangkok and Maldives prior to our visit to Dubai and they both had start TVs as standard with no restrictions, so very surprised by this. Our first night the neighbouring hotel had a party till 3am so no sleep. Facilities in hotel are top notch the tv issue aside. Great gym facility, pool bar was excellent and food throughout the hotel was excellent, Breakfast was varied with plenty of choice. Location is a 15min walk to DMCC metro station and 10mins to tram. Dubai Marina mall is great if you want to shop and not go to the larger malls like Dubai Mall. If you are a party animal the this is the perfect hotel, otherwise if you like it a bit quieter, then would suggest staying on the Palm

We been getting taking good care by the room attendance mr Ali floor 20 Thank you for the special and doing extra for my birthday make the room and day more special ! Room always clean on time when we back . Dubai hotel front office service need to improve , this trip we been on few hotel always getting nice and warm service by housekeeping and restaurant staff , but front office no seen take much attention and even a bit of attitude .
