Very delightful and very well organized dinner for Christmas Eve. Second time at Sofitel Hotel and the standards are at high level. Staff is very polite and always pays attention to you. Raj, Shreeyam, Ibhson, Ayusr…thank you!

We came to this hotel for our 10 year wedding anniversary and I can say that they did not disappoint! The service was exceptional and all the staff were absolutely fantastic. The food was a gastronomical delight and so much food on offer. My daughter is a very fussy eater and the staff actually made her food that she would eat! So thank you very much to the kitchen staff! Especially Ruku, who was very friendly too. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it as a couples holiday or family too.

She was incredibly professional, attentive, and ensured our room was absolutely spotless every single day. It was such a pleasure coming back to a perfectly refreshed room after a long day of exploring. Her attention to detail and warm personality truly embody the high standards of Sofitel.
