Checked out by Samantha. She was very helpful. The service was good and staff were very helpful and friendly. During our stay. The room service was good and prompt. Overall the stay was great. Will definitely recommend and book again if we visit Dubai. The places around are easily accessible and staff were at hand to help if we were lost.

I went with my colleague to have the dinner buffet at AOC. Mr Amr is so accommodating, thanks for the experience! Til next time! we will definitely come back. I like the ambiance also, we came outside and seeing the ain wheel which made our experience better :)

The Plantation Restaurant, served by the exceptional Nithesh and Tariq kumara , delivers outstanding service and delicious food in a warm, inviting atmosphere. A must-visit for a memorable dining experience! Interacting with customer is good and love it.

I had the buffet dinner in the hotel was amazing, delicious, great ambiance special thanks to Mr. Amr who guide and assist in the hotel from front desk amazing smile and so welcoming person 💖 .also we had dinner at the AOC restaurant which was very nice food and the items were much delicious 😋
