Merci d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d'apprendre que votre séjour n'a pas pleinement répondu à vos attentes. Nous regrettons tout particulièrement que votre chambre n'ait pas été entretenue lors de votre deuxième journée. Ce n'est pas le niveau de service que nous souhaitons offrir à nos clients, et nous transmettrons votre remarque à notre équipe afin que cette situation ne se reproduise pas. Nous comprenons également votre déception concernant l'accès à la piscine.
